We use your information to match you with debt relief providers, generate your Relief Blueprint report, deliver it via email, and improve our services. We share your information with third-party debt relief providers in our network so they can contact you about their services. Current providers include: JG Wentworth, Pacific Debt Relief, Freedom Debt Relief, TurboDebt, Beyond Finance LLC (dba Accredited Debt Relief), ARC Advantage, Upside Legal LLC, Resource Match, and Rooted Realm. This list may change.
3. TCPA Consent
By submitting your phone number, you provide express written consent to be contacted by ReliefBlueprint and our partner providers via telephone, SMS/MMS, and automated dialing systems, including artificial or pre-recorded voice messages, even if your number is on any Do Not Call registry. Consent is not required to purchase any goods or services. Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
4. Credit Reporting Authorization
By submitting your information through our qualification form, you provide express written consent under the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) authorizing Array US, Inc. to obtain information from your personal credit report by performing a soft credit inquiry, which will not affect your credit score. This information is used solely to evaluate your debt relief options and may be shared with Array US, Inc. and First Advantage Financial LLC.
5. Data Security and Retention
We protect your information with industry-standard measures including HTTPS and secure database storage. No method of transmission is 100% secure. We retain your information as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes in this policy or as required by law.
